Sunny Isles Beach's new northernmost Regalia Condo, an Arquitectonica-designed luxury condo building by developer Avra Jain.
With a royal price tag ranging from $6 to over $7 million, Regalia will compete with the neighboring Mansions at Acqualina for the title of most expensive tower in Sunny Isles Beach, and that's saying a lot!
