One of the many new developments in Sunny Isles Beach has announced some of its' preliminary numbers, and they are very strong. Turnberry Ocean is a new development in Sunny Isles comprised of 154 units and at the opening it has sold more that 24 residences. Turnberry Ocean is a part of the Turnberry family of condominiums and developments and this particular preconstruction is a conception of Carlos Zapata.

According to sources roughly two thirds of the buyers are from South America and Europr and as the construction begins, at the current pace it is estimated that roughly 60 residences will be sold. The date of completion is estimated at 2018 and the residences range from just under three thousand square feet and just over ten thousand square feet.
