The Brickell condos are generally those found on Brickell Avenue and the neighboring area, which collectively make up the financial district of Miami. It's here where you'll find some of the city's tallest buildings and a number of modern projects that maintain Miami's penchant for modernism. Although most of the Brickell condos belong to Brickell Avenue the area also encompasses Brickell Key, an island to the east with a number of waterfront condominiums that overlook Biscayne Bay.
On Brickell Key you'll find several Brickell condos for sale which include the island's two namesake buildings plus other condos like Asia, the Carbonell and the Courts at Brickell Key. ICON Brickell features ultra stylish units and also has one of the longest Olympic level swimming pools in the city. Newer buildings like Brickell Flatiron and Nine at Mary Brickell Village continue to elevate the status of the Brickell area while the Four Seasons offers hotel suites and residences in addition to what are arguably the best views in the state of Florida. There are a number of places to explore within Brickell and the neighboring downtown area of Miami and just a few minutes away is Miami Beach, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove.
