2. Once the listing agreement is signed by both Keller Williams and yourself, we start marketing your condo to all of our contacts around the world. The more people we contact the better chances we have of selling your property immediately.
3. As soon as we receive offers from buyers we will immediately notify you. If you do not agree to the offer that was presented, we will continue to go back and forth and present all counteroffers, until you and the buyer agree.
4. Once you and the buyer agree on an exact price a sale is made! Congratulations!! We charge you a 6% commission, and that’s it, no surprise fees or hidden fees. If your condo does not sell for any reason whatsoever then you do not owe us anything.

2. Many developers of Condominiums prohibit you from reselling your condo without their permission. Read your contract carefully or take a look at your Condo Documents. If your Purchase Agreement prohibits re-sales you can ask the developer for an "assignment rider", which is a special form or addendum that grants you permission to list your condo for sale with a broker.
