Over 150 acres of stunning homes and verdantly lush nature make up the Coral Gables community known as Deering Bay. It hasn't quite achieved the same level of recognition as other communities in Coral Gables but those who do know about it usually speak highly of its surroundings and the diverse wildlife that is always hanging around the neighborhood.

Deering Bay contains a mixture of single family homes and several condominiums, the latter of those referred to as the Verona, Padua, Venice, and Siena condos. Thus, Deering Bya has just about all of the extra amenities that come in a condo plus the freedom and extra perks of a single family home or an estate.

Several attractions can be reached on foot from Deering Bay, like the Fairchild Tropical Gardens for instance. Coral Gables offers a considerable wealth of historic sights, shopping and dining so really it's all about whatever mood you're in and not about where to go to have fun.
