The still-unnamed project on the site of the former Solis Hotel project (which was partially built) is a partnership between Chateau Group and Fortune International. The luxury condo residence building will be 649 feet tall (which is exactly the FAA height limit for the area), 50 stories, with 212 units ranging in size from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms plus staff room. Five penthouses between 4,300 square feet and 6,300 square feet are projected. The three-level garage will have robotic parking on the bottom floor. Designed by Arquitectonica.
