Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are buying their first marital home together, in South Beach, reports IMDB.com. The New York natives, who wed in June after a whirlwind four-month courtship, own a variety of houses in California, New York and Florida between them, but have yet to buy a residence together. Now, Lopez is finalizing their purchase of a $9.9 million penthouse apartment in the fashionable new Icon Building at 450 Alton Rd., featuring interiors by French designer Philippe Starck. The happy couple will be able to see all across South Beach from their 6,000-square-foot balcony and swim in their own private pool.
